    • list of items the boys will need to bring to winter camp (there will be a hard copy given to each boy): cub scout book, sleeping bag, pillow, blankets, sled (if needed), board games, cards, compass, knife and whittling chit, slippers or extra pair of shoes for inside use, at least 1 extra change of clothes, 2 pairs of socks per day, boots, thermal underwear, hats and gloves, snow suits (if needed), toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, wash cloth, towel, comb, personal snacks and drinks. The following are not allowed at camp: no glass bottles or alcoholic beverages and no electronic devices. Also, no medicines are allowed in the cabin. We will have a designated vehicle to put all medicines in for the weekend.
  • Recognition Event: Cubmaster Mike brought up an email received about a recognition event that is being held to honor one boy and leader for their service and what they have accomplished in the year. Due to the fact that a lot is done as a den and it would be very difficult to nominate one boy from the pack we as a committee have chosen not to nominate any boys or leaders. We all agreed that this is more an honor for a boy scout who acts independently.
  • Meeting was adjourned. The next committee meeting is Monday, March 10th at the church starting at 7:00 p.m.
