Cub Scout Pack 285
The Uniform and Book
Boy Scouts of America provides an online catalog for pricing and for ordering. However, not all items that BSA National Council requires or recommends are needed for participation in Pack 285 activities. The following is a Pack 285-specific list of materials. Prices and catalog links are valid as of September 5, 2007.

All Scouts
Cub Scout Short-Sleeve Shirt, $22.99, OR Cub Scout Long-Sleeve Shirt, $26.99
Pack 285 recommends purchasing the shirt with the idea that your Cub Scout will wear this shirt during his entire Cub Scouting career, ages 6-11. Boys grow at different rates, and you know your child best.

Webelos (4th and 5th Grades)
Webelos Scouts and families have a choice: either continue wearing the blue Cub Scout uniform (if it still fits!) or prepare for Boy Scouts by purchasing the tan Boy Scout uniform. If the tan uniform is worn, blue shoulder loops must be worn to indicate Webelos -- red loops indicate Boy Scouts and are not appropriate for our pack.
